- Karena sy pake ayam petelur jd sebelumx sy presto kurang lebih 20 menit biar ga trlalu keras, lalu tiriskan.
- Tumis bumbu sampai harum, tambahkan sereh, daun jeruk, serta daun salam.
- Tambahkan air + 1 sachet kara, air asam, tambahkan gula, garam dan kaldu jamur totole. Koreksi rasa.
- Masukkan ayam, ukep sebentar sampai bumbu agak meresap dan surut. Bakar d teflon sampe agak kecoklatan, olesi bumbu lagi. Lalu tiriskan. Boleh di tambahin/di campur dg sisa bumbu ukep td.
